At Special Needz Coffee, we believe in creating a world where everyone has the opportunity to work, thrive, and make a meaningful impact. Founded in 2019, our mission is to provide employment opportunities for adults with special needs and mental health challenges, giving them the chance to build independence, confidence, and a sense of purpose while delivering an unforgettable coffee experience.  

With 95% of our staff coming from these communities, we are dedicated to empowering individuals, breaking barriers, and fostering inclusion in the workforce. But our vision extends far beyond just one shop—our goal is to employ over 100,000 individuals with special needs and mental illnesses across the world, proving that ability, passion, and dedication exist in every individual, regardless of their circumstances.  

In addition to employment, Special Needz Coffee is committed to raising awareness of mental health and developmental disorders. Our branding, locations, and even our menu items are inspired by various mental health and developmental conditions, ensuring that every visit is not just about great coffee but also about spreading understanding and acceptance.
